Our signature
Our saffron and milk filling is slow-cooked until it sets soft and dense, the way a good halwa does. We pipe it into each date by hand and finish it with crushed pistachio and a few threads of saffron.
Everything is made in small batches in our Islamabad kitchen, so every box is made fresh rather than pulled from a shelf.

Eight whole dates with two pots for dipping. Our saffron, nut and milk dip is kulfi as a dip: toasted almonds and pistachio, milk, saffron and cardamom, blended in desi ghee until it just flows off a spoon. Alongside it, [SECOND DIP].
